Lots of credits BUT NO AD's
Got 258 credits but no Ads being posted. Credits never change. Also my paypal address does not stay in window. Paypal window seems to clear even though I save. This is very disappointing ... have I wasted yet more money?

Inappropriate?Just had a full refund from Mike Filsaime ($47). Ads did not post. New ads reverted to Tweetglide home page by themselves. Credits never changed. No answers here so requested a refund from Tweettglide Help Desk .... not from here. Paid into my Paypal account same day. Thank you Mike Filsaime Help. Maybe I'll try again in the future when all the bugs are sorted and on a stable platform 'cause I like the idea.
DO NOT LIKE THIS "GET SATISFACTION" SITE. It has NOTHING repeat NOTHING to do with Mike Filsaime.com. Just another pain in the arse site out for money and not the official Help Desk.(give it a Google and see for yourself!)

There are more free members then paid so on the ad page are displayed only 250 ads. The reason for that is that if we will display only the paid ads then where the free ads it will be showed? I understand that you want your ads to display more often since you are a paid member but this is the way as it works now. There is a circle for this so every member who has active ads it is displayed in the sponsored tweets.
Please understand that we cannot speed this up.

You guys are creating a HUGE backlash of dis-satisfied customers and if you don't change the way this works so that people's ads are shown more often, you WILL systematicallly destroy your customer base. Cosmin, if you are an official rep of Mike's then get the message back to him that the number of ads shown needs to change!!
Your excuse that you cannot speed this up is bogus. Get the programmers to speed it up! I've managed a team of programmers before and I understand the issue here and it is EASILY SOLVABLE! All that is required is the money to pay the programmers and the time to make the changes. Cycle the ads more often. I know the Twitter API provides limitations on the number of calls per minute, but our ads are SEPARATE FROM THE TWITTER API AND TOTALLY WITHIN THE CONTROL OF TWEETGLIDE! Those ads do not go out to Twitter and no call to the Twitter API (applications interface) is made.
I was already P.O.'d by my past dealing with Mike Filsaime's businessess... becuase he refuses to be really accountable to his customers (like with a phone number and real people to deal with problems!!) but now I'm getting REALLY P.O'd by this ongoing problem. Its been nearly 4 weeks since I and others have reported this issue and NOTHING'S BEEN DONE TO GET OUR ADS DISPLAYED!! If my ad was shown once a day, (GET THAT, ONCE A DAY!) I would have seen at least 30 ads displayed, instead I HAVE ONLY 5 ADS DISPLAYED IN 28 DAYS!!
I long ago stopped promoting TweetGlide because I am NOT going to share something that doesn't work.... DID YOU GET THAT... CUSTOMERS ARE NOT GOING TO SHARE TWEETGLIDE IF IT'S NOT WORKING!!
If this is not fixed in the next 10 days I am going to start twittering to my 3,120 followers and my wife's 4,200 followers, on a continuous basis that TweetGlide is GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not asking for a refund because this is a GREAT idea, but NOT a great idea if this doesn't get fixed. I'm through pleading. This is my last post requesting that this get fixed. If it's NOT fixed in the next 10 days, I post and it goes viral and TweetGlide will die! -
Inappropriate?I just joined TweetGlide and came into the community and now disappointed and confused, I have a total of 510 credits (not cheap) placed a few ads.
Can't see the ads even if I do a search on tags I set up.
My credits stay the same - my tracking shows zero clicks, I did set the weight to 10 is this right?
Hope to get a response from admin.

Me too Frank! I've been trying to get them to fix this for MONTHS! They told me the programmers would be working on this, but this was weeks ago. I have noticed that whenever I post 6 tweets in a row, one of my pro ads is displayed. What I find egregious is that I bought 500 credits for $97 like you and this was to jumpstart my advertising. My intention was to use TweetGlide to tweet and thereby add ADDITIONAL credits for every 6 tweets. I believe this is the way the program is supposed to work, because my posts about this problem have been met by acknowledgement as an application problem.
I'm hanging in there rather than get a refund, because you only get 1/2 back anyway (50% goes to the affiliate you bought from) and it's basically a great idea. So, it's wait and see. -

I admire your patience to keep waiting but I for one expect that when I pay for a service I expect to receive it $97 is not cheap so I have involved Paypal to recover my funds, I had too because I tried emailing MF support and even contacted MF on Twitter - no reply to either requests.
I still log in a few times a day but to no avail none of my ads show :( but I still keep seeing the same free ads over and over, these guys must be tweeeting every 3 hours 24 hours a day to get the credits, not that but some of these guys have 2 & 3 ads running - how can this be achieved?????

I've only recently noticed that my ad hasn't been showing. At least on my end, anyways. I'd like to know if ANYONE is seeing my ad.

Inappropriate?Hi Brian, Everyone who bought into TweetGlide should be ticked off. I'm especially ticked off when I read of people sending tweets and emails to Mike Filsame and they get zero response. That is not the way to treat one's customers. I have bought other products from Mike, and when they were purely informational there were few problems. But when I bought into his payment processing system and discovered it wouldn't work with the third party program I was using, it was almost impossible to get a refund. I swore I'd never buy another product from him.
I don't know Mike personally and to be fair, I was forced to deal with others, with another layer of bureacracy when trying to get my refund. But still, he is the CEO and he should be held responsible for the actions of his staff (I assume he has others to handle his Twitter account and email too).
Anyway, TweetGlide was for Twitter so I decided to take a chance. Now I'm sorry I did. I didn't ask for a refund because I was hopeful the bugs would be worked out. I stated that here, several times, saying I was still hopeful the problems would be fixed. I figured Mike would be reading the comments here, and take action. And as some of the responses here indicate, I was told by some staffer that they were going to get the programmers on it and make changes to allow us to see more of our ads being shown. But that was months ago and NOTHING has changed!! ARE YOU LISTENING MIKE??? -

Try knowing/realizing facts before opening your (big) mouth and saying uncalled for (untrue) things.
Yeah, those that paid for the upgrade should be more 'concerned' and in SOME cases should very well be more 'fumed' than those that haven't paid for the upgrade.
Mike is a busy guy. Not only his work/office etc. ... he has a family, nice house/car ... thus, he has a 'crew' that he has hired to assist him with what he does and offers.
Try having some respect.

When I first learned of this 'Get Satisfaction' site ... I, too, wasn't very happy/amazed. However, it serves a purpose. A purpose in which some companies/businesses have taken advantage of. It serves as a customer service 'portal' and technically is quite useful.
I’m at least kinder than plenty enough here.
