My TweetGlide is Hanging Up Frequently - Not Responding

I really do hope this problem will be fixed soon, as it is a great application, but makes it very hard to use.

This is bull shit, if I dont get the problem with Tweetdeck then why is Tweetglide having this problem & pushing cpu & memory to the limit..???
I am really so glad I never opted for the $97 premier account, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, it is useless. Plus you don't get your credits added when you tweet about either.

hahaha 1 employee helping eh...? What 13 days ago...??? I wonder will I get credits for tweeting how bad this program is...??? I didn't get them for tweeting how good it is, so you never know, maybe it works arse backwards ?

Well I have no more problems with the freezing part, I have downloaded the new version and now it's even worst, I simply have nothing, lol. I uninstalled and re-installed several times, rebooting each time and nothing.

I am still hoping that they will fix it, but I would certainly not upgrade until it works well that's for sure.

Very frustrating! I have to reset the refresh times every time I close the app after it hangs (not the most gracious way).
I use Vista on a above average laptop (no problems whatsoever with TweetDeck which TG curiously resembles to).
How long is the guarantee before I cannot get a refund anymore. I bought TG the first week it came out. I do have the latest version (v0.1.1.44).
I should have known better than buying a 0.n.n..nn version. In the I world, v0.* usually means a 'beta' version!!!
Going back to TweetDeck for now!
Hope you will reply promptly and come up with a solution. I am not a happy camper due to the fact that I paid for a Twitter app below standards compared to other free tools I've had in the past.
I am really surprised tha Mike is not taking care of this... after all we're only his customers!

I know how you feel. It seems like right in the middle of writing a tweet the program hangs up while it waits for all the new tweets, @mentions and DM's to be entered. I have the program set to update these columns every 10 minutes but it still updates them not even every minute but it seems like every 10 seconds. There was one program update we had, maybe one or two ago, where this problem didn't occur. I was pleased then because I was able to tweet without any problems. Now it's back. Also when I have the program opened and minimized in my system tray it takes a few minutes before the program maximizes on my desktop for me to be able to use it. I'm certainly not getting what I paid for. These problems are a waste of my time and when you're running a business time is a precious commodity. I'm getting so fed up now I feel like going back to Tweetdeck until this problem is solved. At least with that program I don't have these problems. I'll live without my ads being shown, At least I won't have to wait 5 minutes to enter a tweet.
